Prestazioni: Leopard vs Snow Leopard

I risultati non sono proprio incoraggianti sul mio Mini early 2009, i test con xBench farebbero preferire la versione precedente 10.5 rispetto al nuovo 10.6, non pare così lampante il miglioramento di prestazioni di Snow Leopard tanto decantato da Apple, anzi… parrebbe un peggiormanto generale. Inoltre, allo startup il consumo di memoria si assesta sui 650-700 MB contro in 350 MB medi di Leopard. Che non sia proprio perfetto Snow Leopard?

I test sono stati condotti sulla stessa macchina, con la medesima versione di xbench e subito dopo il boot. Entrambe sono installazioni nuove: no aggiornamento.
